This particular lesson plan is not in need of a change.

.) The students are actually learning about different citizens and their different roles in society. This particular lesson focuses on the "The Day of the Dead" which is celebrated in Mexico, Central America, and South America.

.) They are first going to watch a movie about this particular day and actually get a visual instead of listening to the teacher lecture which can be boring. This fact is related to efficiency. This will save a lot of time in the classroom.

.) Also there is a lot of Internet sources that are available so the teacher can show different photographs and also different stories about the information. This is also related to effectiveness because not only do the students watch the movie but they actually get to see different photographs and read about different stories about The Day of the Dead. This could also be an visual-art field trip but you are able to stay in the classroom.

.) Also they are now going to make their own visual art of different types of "altars" used to celebrate the Day of the Dead. There is a specific list of artifacts that the students are able to make. This gives them an hands-on approach to the lessson. This is related to enhancement because they are now doing things on their own and are teaching themselves with the knowledge from what they learn from the video and other sources.
